Commission Process:
1. Contact me
2. Discuss what you're wanting, exchange ideas
3. I supply sketches for your review
4. You accept sketches or ask for changes
5. Once sketches are approved, please send payment
6. Once payment is received, I start completing on your commission
7. Static drawings are created and sent to commissioner for approval
8. I'll send you WIP's, updates, and questions to make sure you love your commission
9. I send you the final files! Enjoy!
1.) ABritoArt has the right to decline a commission or stop work on a commission under the following conditions:
3.) ABritoArt still maintains some rights to use of the image, including but not limited to, promotion of commissions, portfolio samples, etc.
4.) Before selling merchandise with work you commissioned from ABritoArt the commissioner must first tell ABritoArt. This is to prevent fraudulent merchandise and mass production of products without permission. Creating merchandise is allowed after telling and gaining permission from ABritoArt.
5.) There are no refunds. ABritoArt is rendering a service, even if you do not end up using the final work, payment is needed for the time and creation of the artwork. There are certain occasions where a partial refund may be given, but these are on a case by case basis and only initiated by ABritoArt.
6.) By commissioning you are agreeing that you are paying for a service, which includes time and the final art piece. Chargebacks are not permitted at any phase of the commissioning process.
7.) This T.O.S. is subject to change and adjustment and it is agreed to by commissioning ABritoArt.

- The commissioner continuously changes what they want
- The commissioner is not responding in a timely manner
